Cancellation/Refund Policy
We are unable to accept any returns or exchanges on jewelry. Body jewelry, once worn, cannot be resold and we can never guarantee the package wasn’t open so we can’t guarantee that the jewelry hasn’t been worn so we will not accept it for a return or exchange. All of our jewelry is guaranteed so if something arrives damaged, please contact us so we can issue a replacement or a refund for the item. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer except in the case of damaged or defective items. All body jewelry is final sale.
